Research Experience

2023-25 – Research & Analysis on Critical Minerals – The Transition Accelerator – Canada

Authored reports and factsheets and conducted analyses (see here and here) to synthesize research and data from the mining, chemical and engineering industries about critical minerals valuable for battery manufacturing, clean energy and key value chains.

Elaborated policy recommendations and analyses for the development of critical mineral value chains in Canada for several provincial and federal governments. 

Analyzing and detailing critical resources, extraction, industrial steps, reactions and supply chains of high-value materials to assess the decarbonization opportunities of the sector.

2015-22 – Ph.D. in organic & green chemistry – McGill University – Montréal

C.-J. Li research group. Thesis defended on 17/01/2022 ¨Towards the development of novel C–P(V) phosphorylation methods¨ I investigated & designed new ways of constructing carbon-phosphorus bonds for bioactive target molecules in a more sustainable manner. Authored 6 publications.
